- Steel rod Φ22 (with eye end), St-37, length 80cm
– Hole with Φ22 drill bit (1m long) and hammer drill >=5kg
Steel rod Φ25 with hole, St-37
- For solid rock.
- Steel rod Ø25, eye end, B500C, 80cm long
Instructions:
- Hole with Ø25 drill bit, 1m long and rotary hammer impact drill >5kg
- For critical anchors (e.g. for tilt-up winch) it should be combined with epoxy resin
Special type anchor for use with non-shrinking grout
- For ground with moderate to very fragmented rock.
- Special anchor with spacers, anchor hook, Ø16 Β500C, 120cm long
Instructions:
- Hole with Ø40 drill bit, 1.3m long and rotary hammer impact drill >8kg
- Thorough cleaning of hole
- Filling with special non-shrinking grout
- Placement of anchor
L-shape steel profile anchor
- L-shape steel profile anchor 60x60x6mm with sharp edge
- For mixed ground with stones and soil
Arrow type anchor
- Arrow type anchor
- For clayey ground or mixed ground with stones and soil.
Instructions:
– Embedded (Driven into the ground) with special rod at a depth of 1.5m
– Upward force on the attached cable rotates the anchor and can be tested with special dynamometer (*).
